How to Use Tasquo End-to-End
Follow this workflow to go from client setup to completed work and follow-up.

Step 2: Create a Task
- This generates all specific dates and times the client needs to be visited
- Select the client
- Select services that the client has requested
- Set the time
- Set the start date
- Set the end date
- Create the task
Step 3: Complete Work from Calendar or Today
- Check the calendar to see all tasks that need to be completed
- Select the task that you just completed
- Mark which services you completed
- Complete the task
- You can also complete this flow from the Today section on the dashboard
Step 4: Review Completed Work
- Review completed services in your dashboard
- Confirm notes and scheduling details
- Follow up with the client if updates are needed
- Done
Alternate Flow: Quotes First
- Create a quote (if a client is created with no services, an accepted quote is one way to add approved services)
- Select a client
- Add services with price and quantity for the client to review
- Send the quote to the client
- Wait for client response
- Client approves or rejects the quote
- Approved services are added to the client and are ready to be scheduled in a task
